Job Summary We are seeking a personable and proactive Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of Upkeep Med Spa. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily front desk operations, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and supporting the sales of retail products and membership programs through commission opportunities. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities Client Reception & Communication:
Greet clients warmly and professionally as they arrive. Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with efficiency and courtesy. Schedule appointments and maintain an organized booking system.Operational Support:
Maintain a clean and inviting reception area. Process client check-ins and check-outs, ensuring smooth daily operations. Assist with managing inventory and coordinating with other team members for seamless service delivery.Sales & Commission Opportunities:
Promote and sell retail products and membership packages to clients. Provide detailed information about our services, treatments, and membership benefits. Meet and exceed commission targets through proactive customer engagement.Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate client records and manage data entry tasks. Assist with the organization of client feedback and follow-up communication. Collaborate with the team to support marketing initiatives and social media promotions when needed.Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in a customer-facing role; , aesthetics, or luxury hospitality environment is a plus.Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Customer Service:
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.Sales Acumen:
Basic understanding of sales principles and the ability to drive retail and membership sales.Organizational Skills:
Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Technology:
Comfortable using scheduling software and handling administrative tasks.Compensation and Benefits Hourly Rate:
Starting at $20 per hour.Commission Opportunities:
