Job Overview We're looking for a friendly and reliable individual to join our team as a Optometric Receptionist. If you're a people person with a great attitude and strong work ethic, we encourage you to apply. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as effective communication with diverse patient populations is essential. While a high school diploma is a plus, it is not required. We value experience and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Greeting patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Managing patient records and insurance information. Handling billing and payments Maintaining a clean and organized reception area. Assisting with pre-testing. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office management processes. Experience Excellent communications and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work efficiently. Strong computer skills A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
