Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Receptionist / Office Support professional, where your energetic and organized approach will be the heartbeat of our office environment! In this vital role, you will be the friendly face and efficient organizer that keeps our daily operations running smoothly. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will ensure a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and seamless support for our team. Responsibilities Operate multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, transfer calls, and provide exceptional customer support. Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events with precision. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools. Schedule, dispatch, and monitor NEMT trips using dispatch software Communicate with drivers regarding routes, changes, delays, and issues Coordinate with facilities, brokers, and clients to confirm pickups and resolve service concerns Qualifications Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry skills. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional setting. Previous clerical or administrative experience in a healthcare or dental office is a plus; familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial for understanding complex scheduling needs.
