What We Offer Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401K Plan Paid time off and vacation Short/Long Term Disability Growth opportunities Paid Training Employee vehicle purchase plans Family-owned and operated Discounts on products and services Responsibilities Work cooperatively with the service and parts teams Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner Answer incoming calls and assist with service appointment inquiries Handle customer concerns or direct them to the appropriate service personnel. Accurately calculate and collect payments for service repairs, including cash and credit card Reconcile daily transactions and prepare end-of-day reports Review final repair orders for accuracy and ensure proper documentation is completed Assist service advisors with filing, paperwork, and administrative tasks Maintain an organized and clean cashier workspace Uphold dealership policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office and dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Professional appearance and positive attitude.
