Greet and welcome clients and visitors directing them appropriately upon arrivalCheck clients in and out on electronic health record systemAnswer phones, take messages, and transfer calls as neededPerform general office duties inclusive but not limited to scanning, faxing, and making copiesSchedule appointments for clients and conduct outreach as determined by managementAssist with processing referrals and intake related scheduling appointments for clientsProvide prescribers with both in-person and virtual support.

Assist prescribers and other staff to ensure efficient schedulingProvide daily scheduling outreach and regularly submit summary reporting dataProcessing of prior authorizations and obtain the required approval for medicationsFacilitate Medical Records requests in compliance with state regulatory guidelinesElectronically store, accurately record patient information into EMR systemProvide support to all interdisciplinary teams, including clinical and medical staffMaintain confidentiality, ensuring to safeguard PHI as well as related documents in compliance with HIPAA regulationsAssist with opening and securely closing the clinic when requiredPerform other duties as assigned by Senior Clerical Staff, Management, Program Administration and LeadershipPerform other duties based on operational needs to provide a positive client experienceQualificationsMust be Bilingual in English and SpanishHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required1 to 2 years of Reception experience in a fast paced office, preferably in medical or community mental health office, is requiredMust be proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)Must have the ability to learn new softwarePossesses the personality and demeanor to work with difficult clientsMust be detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-taskMust be a team playerThrives under pressure in an outpatient client environment1 form of picture ID (non-expired)Unexpired passport: ORDriver's License AND Social Security Card;

$19.00- $20.00 per hourCompensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
