Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage member check-ins and inquiries, providing accurate information about gym services and programs. Handle membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby to reflect Evolve Fitness standards. Assist in promoting gym events, classes, and programs to enhance member engagement. Respond to member concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to create a supportive and encouraging environment. Stay informed about current promotions and developments within the gym to assist members effectively.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; higher education preferred. Previous experience in customer service or a receptionist role is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse members. Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
