Receptionist/Customer Service

As our Salon Receptionist, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth front desk operations, managing appointments, greeting clients, and supporting the salon team with administrative tasks. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and passionate about the beauty industry, we'd love to meet you! We are willing to train the right candidate, but experience with salon software / computers and front desk operations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and professionally upon arrival Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the salon calendar Confirm appointments and handle cancellations/rescheduling Process payments and manage the front desk register Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Support stylists and management with day-to-day operations Upsell salon products and services when appropriate Monitor and manage client wait times and check-ins Ensure client satisfaction from check-in to check-out

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Experience with DaySmart Salon Software (formerly Salon Iris) and/or RingCentral is highly preferred Previous front desk or salon receptionist experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and demeanor Tech-savvy and comfortable with appointment software and phone systems Reliable, punctual, self motivated and team-oriented Willingness to learn and grow with the salon
