Job Description

What You'll Do Welcome visitors, employees, clients, and community members with warmth and professionalism Answer and direct phone calls while keeping communication flowing smoothly Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and conference room coordination Set up meeting spaces with supplies, refreshments, presentation materials, and equipment Help keep the office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently Support teams across the organization with administrative and operational tasks Maintain office supplies, directories, and informational materials Assist with organizing marketing materials and communications Snap photos and short videos for social media and organizational updates Be part of our beloved annual Apple Festival every October — including event prep and onsite support Jump in wherever needed with a positive attitude and team-first mindset We're Looking For Someone Who… Loves helping people and creating positive experiences Is organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple priorities Communicates professionally and confidently Works well independently and collaboratively Can pivot quickly and adapt to changing needs Brings positive energy and a willingness to jump in wherever needed Enjoys being part of a mission-driven organization that makes a difference Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous receptionist, hospitality, customer service, or administrative experience preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and general office technology Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL) is a plus , ASL training will be provided
Pay Range:
