We're Hiring! Client Service Representative (CSR) - The Pets I Love Veterinary Hospital Are you a people-person who loves pets just as much as their owners do? Do you enjoy creating memorable experiences, solving problems, and being the friendly face that clients look forward to seeing? If so, The Pets I Love Veterinary Hospital wants you on our team! We're a privately owned, community-focused veterinary hospital located in beautiful Monroe, NY. Our passionate team includes three incredible veterinarians, and together, we've built a welcoming, trust-filled environment for our clients and their beloved pets. We're now looking to grow our front desk crew with a fun-loving, independent, and compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR)! ✨
What You'll Be Doing:
As one of the first faces clients see when they walk in or call, you'll play a huge role in ensuring they feel cared for and confident in the services we provide.
Your day-to-day will include:
Answering phones and scheduling appointments with a smile Greeting clients and checking them in (and sneaking in a few pet cuddles!) Assisting with questions about our services and general pet care Processing payments and keeping client accounts up-to-date Keeping our reception area tidy, inviting, and pet-friendly ✨
