Schedule:

Monday through Thursday from 5pm to 9pm and Sunday from 9am to 5pm Seeking receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, referral sources, community members, and staff. This role is key in creating a positive first impression while supporting scheduling, intake, payments, and general front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet clients, guests, and callers in a cheerful, professional, and person-centered mannerAnswer phones, complete inquiry forms, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staffAssist with intake, pre-screening forms, appointment scheduling, insurance information, and payment collectionMaintain confidentiality, client records, waiting areas, filing, scanning, and general administrative support

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrior receptionist, front desk, customer service, or health office experience preferredStrong communication, organization, accuracy, and confidentiality skillsAbility to remain calm, professional, and compassionate when working with clients and agency contacts
