Behavioral Health Receptionist

Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc., located in Rockland County, NY, is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist for our busy outpatient Behavioral Health Department for the afternoon and Sunday hours. Join an enthusiastic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Greet patients in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner Check in patients, verify and update demographics, insurance, and other necessary information Collect co-payments and past-due balances Provide documents that need to be completed prior to patient's visit Complete necessary authorizations & referrals Answer and screen all incoming calls, respond to routine questions, and transfer calls as needed Manage the waiting room, patient activity, and patient flow

REQUIREMENTS
