Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Secretary/Receptionist to be the welcoming face for our office. In this dynamic role, you will manage front desk operations, handle multi-line phone systems, and provide exceptional patient support. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will ensure smooth office management, efficient communication, and a positive experience for clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a professional first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries efficiently using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with accuracy and timeliness Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and personal assistant duties as needed Utilize computer skills. Verify insurance, collection of co-pays/deductibles, pre-certification / authorization of accounts. Responsible for setting up patient charts for new patients. Scan and copy pertinent information into electronic patients' charts. A full training would be provided. Requirements Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills in English Proficiency with computer literacy Demonstrated ability to handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism and courtesy Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service or support roles emphasizing phone etiquette and client interaction preferred
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
