Medical Receptionist - Pediatrics

Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is looking to hire a part-time Medical Receptionist to join our pediatric team. The schedule will include afternoon/evening hours and Sundays. Join an enthusiastic team of professionals dedicated to delivering exceptional care to patients.

Responsibilities:

Register, schedule, and confirm appointments Greet patients and assist with insurance issues Collect charges from self-pay patients upon completion of a visit Complete necessary authorizations, referrals & prescriptions when needed Assist in refiling all charts and lab results daily Close out old patient files according to policies and procedures Attend training and administrative meetings

Requirements:

Availability to work Sundays and evenings Excellent customer service skills Experience working as a medical receptionist preferred
