Do:

Greet guests warmly and create a positive first and last impression Answer phone calls and assist with guest questions about services and products Schedule, update, and manage spa appointments efficiently Check guests in, process payments, and maintain accurate records Promote spa services, retail products, and current promotions Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked reception area Handle cash transactions and maintain the spa desk bank Attend team meetings and training sessions Communicate guest or staff concerns to management and help find solutions 🎓 What Yo u

Bring:

High School Diploma or GED required Strong customer service experience and interpersonal skills Excellent communication and listening abilities Experience with scheduling, organization, and cash handling Basic computer knowledge Spa or salon experience preferred 💪
