Front Desk Coordinator

Comella Orthodontics is looking for a friendly, energetic, and professional Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team! We are seeking a positive and upbeat individual who enjoys working with patients and families and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, a quick learner, and able to multitask while delivering exceptional customer service. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred. Dental experience is a plus, but we are open to training the right person with a strong customer service background and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients Answer phones and schedule appointments Verify insurance and collect payments Maintain patient records and documentation Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Spanish preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, friendly, and energetic personality Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office Dental experience preferred, but not required Excellent customer service skills

Schedule:

Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM - 5:30
