as a Front Desk Receptionist! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, helping to create a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring smooth office operations.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures. Schedule appointments and confirm patient visits efficiently. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism. Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality. Process payments and manage insurance claims accurately. Assist with administrative tasks and support dental staff as needed. Handle patient communications and follow-up reminders. Ensure the reception area is organized and welcoming at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus. Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is preferred. Proficient in using office software and dental practice management systems. Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
