Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management tasks to ensure a smooth and professional environment. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and professionally. Handle appointment scheduling, calendar management, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools. Perform data entry, filing, and maintain organized records with attention to detail. Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, proofreading documents, and supporting administrative tasks. Provide customer support by answering inquiries promptly and courteously via phone or email. Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar software when needed. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold excellent phone etiquette at all times. Qualifications Proven office experience with strong clerical skills including data entry, filing, and proofreading. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs. Experience with office management systems such as multi-line phone systems is preferred. Prior experience as a receptionist, personal assistant, or medical/dental receptionist is advantageous. Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
