Responsibilities Greet patients warmly ensuring a positive first impression Answer and direct multi-line phone lines with professionalism and courtesy Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone messages. Maintain appointment schedules. Support office management duties including filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies Utilize computer skills to update records in EMR and other office management tools Assist with administrative tasks . Ensure the front desk area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently Skills Proficiency in scheduling patients for appointments and procedures. Strong computer literacy with experience or willing to learn EMR. Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and professional communication skills Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous office experience or administrative background demonstrating technical proficiency and office management capabilities Effective time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Personal assistant or front desk experience that highlights customer service excellence This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to bring energy, organization, and professionalism to our front desk..
