The hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30 am to approximately 5:30 pm . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of medical administrative procedures. You will manage patient intake, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, and medical records management while providing exceptional patient service. Your organizational skills and knowledge of healthcare documentation will ensure smooth clinic operations and a welcoming environment for patients. Duties Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring efficient patient flow. Schedule appointments using Medent Verify insurance coverage and benefits through insurance portals and documentation review to facilitate accurate billing processes. Handle phone inquiries with professional etiquette, taking messages and providing information to patients regarding appointments and services. Maintain organized filing of medical records, documentation review, and data entry tasks to support clinic operations Skills Medent experience preferred Medical office experience 1 - 2 years Proven experience as a medical assistant or similar administrative position Knowledge of medical terminology Outstanding communication skills Organizational and multitasking skills
