Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
Handling office tasks, such as filing, making/confirming appointments, calling patients/offices, sending referrals and documents via email/mail, verifying/sending insurance claims/pre-authorizations/appeals Send statements and recall postcards Post services and collect payments and provide treatment plans for patients Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Providing real-time scheduling support by booking and confirm appointments and preventing conflicts and making sure schedule is filled and confirmed for doctor's and hygienists' schedules, fill in openings Greet and assist patients by checking in and checking out patients Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Anticipate the needs of others to ensure their seamless and positive experience. Prior administrative experience is a MUST ; prior dental experience a PLUS Excellent computer skills Attention to detail and be able to problem solve Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
