Overview We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk professional to serve as the welcoming face of our organization. This vital role involves providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be energetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to create a positive first impression for our visitors. Duties Greet visitors with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere Manage phone systems and direct inquiries efficiently using excellent phone etiquette Assist with putting visitors on lanes, handing out shoes, assist with any lane problems Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone Experience Previous front desk experience Experience handling phone systems and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment Join us to be the friendly first point of contact that keeps our bowling alley running smoothly!
