Job Description
Job Summary The Bridge Group is seeking a part-time Lobby Ambassador to serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and clients entering the office. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and well-organized front-of-house experience while supporting daily office operations including mail handling and light day porter duties. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude. The position is located in our client's office in White Plains, New York. Responsibilities Front Desk & Guest Experience Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner Manage visitor sign-in and notify hosts of guest arrivals Answer and route incoming calls as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable lobby and reception area Serve as a brand ambassador for the company through professionalism and demeanor Mail & Deliveries Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages Coordinate outgoing mail and courier pickups Track and notify employees of deliveries as needed Kitchen & Day Porter Support Maintain kitchen and breakroom cleanliness throughout the day Wipe down counters and common surfaces Load and unload dishwasher Empty trash and recycling Monitor and restock basic kitchen supplies Clean out refrigerator on a regular schedule Ensure common areas remain tidy and presentable General Office Support Assist with basic office tasks as needed (supply inventory, light administrative support) Report facility issues or maintenance needs Support a positive and professional workplace environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or reception preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable interacting with executives, staff, and visitors Ability to perform light physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting light items) Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented Detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable in a visible, client-facing role Takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming space
Pay:
$19.00 - $23.00 per hourBenefits:
