Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist•Law Firm We are currently seeking candidates with front desk and reception experience for a Front Desk Receptionist position at a large West Akron law firm. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for the firm, creating a positive and welcoming environment for clients and visitors while handling administrative and clerical duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 8:30 AM•5:00
PM Pay:
$17.00/hr + based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome clients and visitors upon arrival Monitor security cameras and buzz visitors into the building Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls (multi-line system) Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment Offer administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Minimum Requirements:
Previous front desk/receptionist experience required; law firm or professional office experience preferred Professional attitude, appearance, and strong customer service skills Ability to handle challenging situations professionally Strong phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Basic computer skills (no data entry required) Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
