This role is more than checking people in - you are the first impression of our business. We are specifically looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and naturally hospitable. What you'll do: Greet members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude Check members in and assist with account questions Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area Answer phone calls and handle basic inquiries
