PRN Receptionist The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center The Heights Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking a friendly and reliable PRN Receptionist to serve as a welcoming face of our facility on an as-needed basis. As a PRN Receptionist, you'll play a key role in supporting our team and ensuring visitors, residents, and staff feel welcomed whenever coverage is needed.
What You'll Do:
Greet and assist visitors, residents, and staff with professionalism and courtesy Answer incoming calls, transfer calls appropriately, and take accurate messages Manage sign-in procedures and visitor logs Provide general administrative support as needed Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
What We're Looking For:
Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor Flexible availability to work as needed, including occasional weekends or holidays Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
