Total hours per week will be approximately 10-15 depending on if you are working Saturday. Schedule may flex to cover times and days needed. As a receptionist you will be responsible for initial client/patient interactions, updating/maintaining client/patient information/medical files, refill prescription medications/food, client/patient communications, completing invoices and payment processing as well as routine daily cleaning duties. We would like someone with previous veterinary hospital receptionist experience but will consider those without previous experience. Applicants must be outgoing with excellent communication skills; a warm, caring demeanor and able to physically assist our owners with their pets or pet products.
