Job Description
Our client is seeking a professional and dependable Part-Time Receptionist for a short-term contract assignment. This role will be responsible for creating a positive first impression, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming phone callsManage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception areaHandle mail distribution, deliveries, and outgoing packagesSchedule appointments and assist with calendar coordinationProvide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparationMonitor office supplies and assist with ordering as neededSupport other departments with clerical tasks and special projectsSimilar remote jobs
