Job Description

Veterinary Receptionist - Part-Time Oakside Animal Clinic is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented individual to join our busy five-doctor veterinary practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and pets, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing excellent client service.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting clients and patients Managing front desk operations Answering a multi-line phone system Scheduling appointments Responding to questions about clinic services Processing over-the-counter sales Utilizing veterinary computer software and office systems Handling financial transactions accurately Assisting with general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Dependable, professional, and self-motivated Previous veterinary or medical office experience is preferred
Schedule:
Permanent part-time position Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays (approximately one Saturday per month) Some evening availability required Average of 25-30 hours per week Must be available to maintain a consistent year-round schedule

Oakside Animal Clinic Delaware, Ohio Pay:
$16.00 per hour

I am not seeking seasonal or summer employment and am not a full-time student with limited availability. I am available to work the required schedule Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays, on an ongoing basis.
