Job Description

Office Receptionist/BookKeeper Job Description:
This position requires someone who is professional, friendly, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. To coordinate, process and otherwise manage the duties encountered in an office environment. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and enjoy providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet, welcome and thank visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Maintain a clean and organized office area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document prep
  • Order office and warehouse supplies as necessary
  • Make sure customer accounts are up to date, call customers for payments, send invoices/statements monthly via email/fax, process payments, complete end of day balancing
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
  • Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and basic office management tasks
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check What we offer:
