The Villa at Marymount is looking for friendly, organized, and compassionate individuals to join our front desk team as a Receptionist . This is more than just answering phones—it's your chance to be the first impression for our residents, families, and visitors in a warm, caring environment.

What You'll Do:

Greet visitors, residents, and families with professionalism and warmth Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately Assist with administrative tasks and front desk operations Support daily communication between departments Help create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through our doors

What We're Looking For:

Previous Receptionist experience preferred , especially in Long-Term Care (LTC) or Assisted Living (AL) Experience as a Caregiver or STNA in Assisted Living is a PLUS Strong communication and organizational skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment Why Join Us?
