This role serves as the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, delivering a welcoming and high-quality experience in a fast-paced, creative environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a dynamic setting, and values delivering exceptional client service. Schedule Part-time hours with availability for morning and/or early evening shifts during the week. Key Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls efficiently Schedule and coordinate conference room reservations Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Support client hospitality services, including assisting with food and beverage setup Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and client service areas Provide general administrative and production support as needed ________________________________________ Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred Work Environment & Physical Requirements This role is performed in an office environment and requires regular interaction with clients and staff Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods Ability to communicate effectively with others in person and via phone Ability to occasionally move items such as mail or office supplies (typically up to 15 pounds)
