Job Description
Area Energy & Electric provides our clients with the ultimate value from concept through operations of their most important facilities. Duties & Responsibilities Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment. Provide administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, and forms. Plan, organize, and schedule meetings. Enter service calls, type proposals, letters, and reports. Maintain filing system, contact database, employee list, and inventory. Support invoice processing and accounting entry. Correspond with customers and vendors to assist accounting processes.
