Overview General Purpose of Job:
Assist Corps Officer with general office operations. Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
Manage Front Desk Assist with Correspondence Assist with Social Service Scheduling Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and courteous manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and inviting at all times. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to inquiries about the company, its services, and its employees. Handle and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently. Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations. Maintain and update visitor logs, security protocols, and access control systems. Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, data entry, and document preparation. Manage office supplies, restocking items as needed and maintaining inventory. Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all visitors. Provide support to other departments as required. Make sure all donation go directly to the Corps Officers. Keep track of all Gifts in Kind donations for Corps Officers to send to DHQ. Refer clients to local agencies providing needed assistance. Monitor and order office supplies, restocking items as needed and maintaining inventory. Assist in event planning and coordination for company functions. Assist Officers with Thank You letters to donors. Assist in scheduling clients for the food pantry daily. Any other reasonable request made by Corps Officers
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Front Office Volunteers Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS, CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
