Receptionist / Care Coordinator Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital - Medina, OH Do you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service while helping pets and the people who love them? Tender Loving Care Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, organized, and compassionate Receptionist/Care Coordinator to join our team! As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming experience while helping our veterinary team provide outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments Check patients in and out efficiently Process payments and maintain accurate medical records Communicate with clients regarding appointments, medications, and follow-up care Coordinate with veterinarians and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean and organized reception area Provide compassionate support to clients during both routine and difficult visits

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Veterinary or medical reception experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right person!
