Receptionist - Part Time (With potential Full Time hours.) The Preserve Senior Living, an assisted living facility in Mentor, OH, is looking for a qualified Part Time Receptionist to join our team! As Receptionist you will be responsible for handling the following: Tend to all visitors at the front desk during all hours of normal business operations. Ensure compliance with all bulletin boards and visitor sign-in logs Take all incoming calls to the facility and direct to the appropriate contacts Take messages for staff members Maintain office supplies and coffee shop supplies according to budget Specific qualifications include the following: Exceptional personality and people skills Proficient with computers, printers, copiers, fax machines, and Microsoft office Highly outgoing Ability to stay organized Skills to balance a high-energy work environment and stay on task to complete priorities day to day The Preserve is committed to providing superior care.
