You handle multiple responsibilities with ease and greet every visitor with a warm and welcoming attitude. Responsibilities Staff and manage the Welcome Center, greeting and assisting visitors and residents Answer and direct incoming calls; manage mail, packages, and deliveries Assist with general administrative tasks and special projects Monitor fire and medical alarms and report incidents to the appropriate departments Conduct wellness rounds by walking the independent living areas Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Demonstrated customer service experience Microsoft Office skills Strong administrative and organizational skills Be reliable and punctual Ability to pass a pre-employment background check Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Life Enriching Communities is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity and compliance with the applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
