Job Description

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated Client Service Representative who brings energy, empathy, and professionalism to every interaction.

Your responsibilities include:
Building Trust:
Delivering exceptional service to long‑standing clients.
Maintaining Accuracy:
Managing patient records with attention to detail (experience with ezyVet is a plus, but training is provided). Supporting the
Team:
Using your 1-2 years of veterinary reception experience to help guide junior staff.
Staying Composed:
Thriving in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive, calm demeanor.
