Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our salon. The ideal candidate will manage front desk operations, assist clients, and support our technicians in maintaining a smooth daily workflow.

Responsibilities:

Greet clients warmly and provide excellent customer service Schedule and confirm appointments via phone, online booking, and in person Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Process payments (cash, card, digital payments) accurately Maintain a clean and organized reception area Assist with inventory tracking and restocking supplies Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure timely service Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Availability to work
