DrPapandreas.com Job Description We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our growing team and help deliver an exceptional experience to our patients. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all our patients and play a vital role in ensuring efficient and effective daily operations. This role requires outstanding organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a dedication to providing excellent customer service. You will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, optimizing the clinical schedule, maintaining smooth patient flow throughout the day, and assisting in our internal and external marketing programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and professionally, both in person and over the phone. Schedule, confirm, and modify appointments to maintain optimal patient flow and clinic efficiency. Monitor and adjust the day's schedule to accommodate same-day appointments, emergencies, or changes. Handle incoming calls and emails, answering questions and directing patients appropriately. Maintain scheduling systems and ensure accurate documentation in patient records. Assist in developing and implementing internal and external marketing initiatives. Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits for all scheduled patients. Accurately calculate and communicate patient co-pays, deductibles, and treatment plan estimates. Verify patient information, update contact and insurance details, and collect any necessary documentation. Qualifications Prior experience in scheduling, front desk, or customer service, preferred but not mandatory in a dental or orthodontic setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Family-Friendly Hours:
Enjoy a full-time 3.5 day/week schedule, half day Mondays, full Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, and approximately 6 Saturday mornings a year, spread equally between our 2 office locations in North Royalton and Brunswick.
Competitive Pay:
Base pay ranges from $19/hr and up depending on experience.
