The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for clients, manage administrative tasks, and support office management functions. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office software, and the ability to multitask efficiently. Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve our diverse client base. The Front Desk/Studio Manager plays a vital role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming environment for both clients and staff. Duties Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner, providing exceptional customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems, handle inquiries, and direct calls appropriately using phone etiquette. Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate class or session bookings using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools. Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and record keeping for client information and studio operations. Handle billing, invoicing, bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and perform basic office management tasks such as filing and proofreading. Support administrative functions including email correspondence, document preparation, and managing office supplies. Assist with front desk duties such as checking clients in/out, processing payments, and providing support to staff as needed. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a professional environment. Support additional studio management responsibilities including calendar management, client communication, and administrative support. Experience Prior office management or administrative experience preferred, especially within a customer service or medical/dental reception setting. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette, typing speed, and attention to detail for proofreading and data entry tasks. Previous experience in front desk roles such as dental receptionist or medical receptionist is beneficial but not required. This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and excellent customer service are valued highly. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the studio's reputation for quality service while supporting daily operations seamlessly.
Pay:
$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
