Job Summary:
Be the welcoming face our clients and their beloved pets first encounter at Oxford Veterinary Hospital. We are seeking a positive, organized, and professional Client Service Representative (CSR) with a can-do attitude to join our team. In this role, you will create positive first impressions, foster a welcoming environment, and support our clients' needs during their visit. Oxford Veterinary Hospital is a privately-owned small animal hospital in Oxford, Ohio. We are a progressive, 5-doctor, hybrid General Practice l Surgery & Internal Medicine Specialty hospital committed to delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional client service. Our CSRs play a vital role in that mission, serving as the communication hub of our hospital and ensuring every client feels heard and valued.Responsibilities :
Greet clients and their pets with a warm, friendly, and energetic welcome Communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and electronically Address client concerns with empathy and professionalism Provide accurate information about services and pricing Educate clients on preventive care and vaccines Handle admission and discharge of patients Collaborate with the veterinary team for efficient workflow Manage appointment scheduling and process payments Accurately update client and patient information in the practice management software system Organize and manage medical recordsRequirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous customer service experience preferred Proficiency in computer skills Basic math skills Effective interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy in organizational tasks Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, and maintaining a positive work environment Consistently interact with hospital staff and visitors in a professional manner Calm demeanor even during stressful situationsPay:
