Responsibilities Warmly greeting patients and assisting with check-in/check-out Scheduling appointments and answering phones/emails Processing vision and medical insurance information Entering and maintaining accurate patient records Assisting patients with orders and scheduling needs Supporting the office team with daily operations What We're Looking For Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong customer service and communication skills Organized and detail-oriented Ability to multitask in a busy office environment Comfortable using computers and office software Medical or optometric office experience is helpful, but not required We are happy to train the right person who shares our commitment to excellent patient care and creating a great patient experience. Schedule Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM No nights or weekends.
