Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Desk Staff member to be the first point of contact for our organization. This energetic role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting office management tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities with enthusiasm. Your positive attitude and professional demeanor will help create a friendly environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Duties Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional attitude, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Handle incoming correspondence, including emails and mail distribution, maintaining organized filing systems Support office management by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings with precision Perform data entry tasks using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace to update records and maintain databases Assist with clerical duties such as proofreading documents, organizing files, and maintaining office supplies inventory Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally across various communication channels Experience Proven office experience or administrative support background in a fast-paced environment Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Familiarity with front desk operations, multi-line phone systems, and basic office management procedures Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively Previous experience as a dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail in data entry, filing, and proofreading tasks Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while honing your administrative expertise.
