Role:
As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of our facility, providing top-notch customer service to patients, families, and visitors. Your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will help create a warm and inviting atmosphere, making everyone feel valued and cared for.
Your role will involve:
Greeting patients and families upon arrival and departure Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries in a prompt and professional manner Handling visitors' requests and concerns in a courteous and respectful way Maintaining accurate records and updating patient files Collaborating with the nursing staff to ensure seamless communication and care Providing administrative support as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role an asset Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible weekend hours Reliable and punctual with excellent time management skills Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
