Receptionist Tiffin, OH 44883 Full-time Full-time Receptionist - Physical Therapy Clinic Join our growing outpatient physical therapy team as a Receptionist! This role is responsible for supporting daily front-office operations, scheduling patient appointments, maintaining patient records, coordinating insurance and billing activities, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and referral sources.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner Answer phones and direct calls appropriately Schedule appointments and manage clinic calendars Verify insurance benefits and assist with billing-related processes Maintain accurate patient records and account information Handle administrative correspondence and data entry Support referral management and clinic communication efforts Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, administrative, or medical office experience preferred Knowledge of healthcare scheduling, insurance verification, or billing is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills Proficiency with computers and office software Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment About PT Services Rehabilitation Inc P.T. Services moved its corporate office to its current location at 2550 S. SR 100, Tiffin. In 2011, P.T. Services made an innovative change from being a privately held company to operating as an ESOP corporation.
