Dental Front Desk Coordinator

Overview Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional who enjoys helping others? Our growing dental office is looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team!

What You'll Do:

Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional attitude Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Manage patient records and handle basic administrative tasks Guide patients through their treatment plans with clarity and compassion Present treatment options, costs, and financing solutions Coordinate scheduling to ensure efficient patient flow Communicate with insurance providers and assist with claims Verify insurance information and process payments

What We're Looking For:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail Experience with Dentrix is a plus Confidence discussing financial options and treatment plans Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Why Join Us?
