Weekday Shift 5p-9p Alternate Weekends 8:30am-5pm

Receptionist Responsibilities:

Answer and direct incoming calls : Provide prompt and courteous responses to phone calls, taking messages and transferring calls to staff members as needed. Greet patients, families, and visitors : Offer a warm welcome to all visitors, providing assistance with wayfinding and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records and files : Ensure that patient records, medical reports, and other documents are up-to-date, organized, and confidential. Assist with administrative tasks : Perform various administrative duties, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and preparing reports and correspondence. Participate in quality improvement activities : Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
