Job Description

You'll welcome guests, manage their account information, and ensure they have everything they need for an exceptional stay. Compensation:
$15 - $15.50 hourly
Responsibilities:
Give every guest a warm welcome, check them in, and check them out when they leave, ensuring you provide correct keys and room numbers Field customer complaints when necessary Communicate with housekeeping to make sure guest rooms are ready General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls, and answer inquiries about guests' needs, including questions about available rooms, amenities, room rates, special requests, and rewards programs
Qualifications:
Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills Well-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situations 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent About Company Structure Hospitality is a Utah-based hotel management company that believes strong teams build strong hotels.
