Job Description:

Move Forward with Volt! Volt is immediately hiring a Reception/Admin in Broken Arrow, OK. As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant you will : Answer and transfer calls Direct visitors and ensure they have proper credentials before entering building Administrative support including calendaring, schedule conference rooms, and general administrative duties This is a full-time temporary 1-year role with potential to go temp to hire at any time. The role will eventually move to their office in Claremore, OK in 6

Monday

• Friday from 8am
• 5pm.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3 years specific receptionist / Admin experience A verifiable high school diploma Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements (drug test, background check) Pay Rate
• : $ 18.00
• 20.00 Per Hour DOE
• Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
