We are looking to add highly-motivated, detail-oriented members to our team. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Full-time team members average 38 hours per week. Hospital hours - Monday through Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Saturdays 8:00 am to 5:30 pm, Sundays 4:00 to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities include:

Greeting and checking in/out guests Scheduling appointments Collecting payments and accounting for cash drawer Cleaning the hospital Answering multi-line phone system Completing outgoing appointment confirmation calls and daily calls to check on the status of ill and post-surgical patients Filing, faxing, and scanning documents Providing exceptional customer service Contributing to the hospital's positive, professional atmosphere

Qualifications:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Superior attention to detail Punctuality and Dependability Self-motivation Ability to communicate effectively Ability to work well as a member of a team Previous veterinary experience is preferred but not required
